Erman Aktan was born in 1986 at Fatih. Rather conservative section of the modern day İstanbul. After his childhood, he started his educational career as like everyone else. He earned his one and only testimonial in high school for his english grammar knowledge. He managed to enroll in university and still continuing his educational career...
He is also waiting for his bound military duty to serve his country, managing this website, taking photographs, creating artworks and working in a furniture firm as an IT specialist...

The website is built upon the mixed knowledge of html he got from his early try: Cyber-Istanbul. Cyber-Istanbul was a poor site that was aimed to advertise Istanbul city. Erman used all the tips and tricks he gained from that site to build a bluish personal site. Later on, he tried to make the site look better by painting it in more relaxed colors...
In 2006, when the website acquired its own domain name, he changed it again. But this time more radically as the general look was designed with matching gray and brown colors and with a resized design for 1024 x 768 pixels. But this boxy design was erratic and he painted it too! For a long while, site remained in that design and colors. Until Erman found some useful information about html...
In 2007, Erman started to design the site with even radical changes like <div> tags and layers. After some brainstorm, and a brief study about the human eye. he created an eye-catching and interesting new look; the current site you are exploring!.. He thinks this look became the unique face of its name and doesn't think of changing it anymore...
Asitâne© CMS project began in 2010 April. In July of the same year, the system came online with its first stable release. System is working with over 3000 lines of PHP code and a fully integrated MySQL database. System allows the following operations with its interface:
- Entering, modifying or deleting blog entries, photographs or artworks,
- Changing some general settings throughout the site,
- Entering, modifying or deleting page headers and descriptions for SEO,
- Activating or deactivating select modules in specific pages,
- Collecting pre-selected information about the visitors and storing them in a secure folder. (See: legal notes secion for further information)
Also, system records every change and update to allow information control and support.
